Help us make a diffrence in this world!
Whether large or small, one-time or monthly, everything you contribute here goes to our mission of Micah 6:8.
Joyful and Thankful Giving
You will be enriched in every way so that you can be generous on every occasion, and through us your generosity will result in thanksgiving to God. This service that you perform is not only supplying the needs of the Lord’s people but is also overflowing in many expressions of thanks to God.”
~ Second Corinthians 9:11-12
Dear Friends,
Once again it is time to begin the annual stewardship campaign for Austin Congregational Church UCC and Spirituality Center. As you prayerfully plan your pledge for 2027, please consider these points:
- Although our membership is small and we had only 25 pledging units last year, we are offering many ministries, including the new People’s Pantry, the Karen congregation, Yoga, Tai Chi, and Narcotics Anonymous.
- Fixed costs don’t change with the size of our membership. Insurance was $17,000 last year, Utilities $15,000 and Building Maintenance over $35, 000.
Give generously to maintain our wonderful programming, enriching community church life and our great building.

Connecting with the World
This week we will hear the story of God calling Moses to help free his people from slavery. Moses is not sure he is the right person for the job, but God calls him anyway. The hymn “Here I Am, Lord” is about responding to God's call, even when we don't feel we are worthy. May this beautiful hymn inspire you this week and help prepare your heart for the story of Moses' calling.
Today and tomorrow! Preschool Estate Sale from 4-7pm. Lots of great items! All proceeds donated to the UCC People’s Pantry.
